Chapter 12: Commitments Before ScaleThe 90-Day Install
One outcome, one owner, one record, and reviews on the calendar through day 90. This is where the course stops being twelve options and becomes a schedule.
Three things hold the course together. One diagnostic: the Hero Test finds the dependency. One record: the VOOCS Operating Record, the course's full version of the shared record in Chapter 5, which every module writes into. VOOCS is the operating system, Vision, Outcomes, Ownership, Cadence, Systems, and Module 5 teaches it in full. Define it. Measure it. Own it. Close it. Scale it. One schedule: the 90-Day Install, which follows one initiative through the whole sequence. Its first 30 days run the four weeks of the Conclusion's first-month plan. Use Module 1 to find the dependency, Module 5 to put the initiative on the record, and the 90-Day Install to follow the work. The other modules are twelve options, not twelve required meetings.
